Red Tree is a small Melbourne-based consultancy providing evaluation, research and professional writing services to government and the community, health, education and non-government sectors.
Experience
We are experienced evaluators with demonstrated experience conducting large and small-scale projects. Clients include: the Victorian Department of Health; the Multicultural Health and Support Service; ISIS Primary Care and The Royal Australian College of General Practice.
We are a preferred provider for program reviews and evaluation services to the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
We have demonstrated experience providing writing and editing services, including on publications for consumers, professionals and policy-makers. Clients include: the Victorian Departments of Human Services, Health and Justice; the federal Department of Health and Ageing; the University of Melbourne; the Victorian Council of Social Services; Oxfam Australia; No to Violence; Women's Health Victoria and Women's Health West.
We are currently writing a set of practice guides on family centred practice for the Victorian Departments of Human Services and Education and Early Childhood Development, in partnership with the Association for Children with a Disability and RMIT School of Global Studies.
We are a preferred provider for authoring and editing services for Centrelink, on behalf of 28 other Commonwealth agencies.
Our consultants
Cara Brough specialises in evaluation and cultural competence, and has 16 years experience working for ethnic community organisations, multicultural peak and resource bodies, migrant resource centres and primary health agencies.
Elizabeth Wheeler is a project manager, technical writer, editor and strategic thinker with 16 years experience working for government and the health, community and education sectors.
Sarah Marlowe is a communications expert with 20 years' experience in the non-government, health, arts, and community sectors. Her skills include writing, research, and project and production management.
